Adventure Oasis Water Park announces new week-day hours of operation

The City of Independence today announced the hours of operation at the Adventure Oasis Water Park will change on July 11. The park will be open from noon to 7 p.m. during weekdays due to the national lifeguard shortage impacting pools across the country. Weekend hours will remain the same 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Additionally, half-price season passes will go on sale on Monday, July 11, for residents wishing to take advantage of the last few weeks of summer break. The pool will close for the season on August 21.
