Aging Mastery Program (AMP) Tuesdays, March 26 – May 28 from 9:45 - 11:15 AM
Created by the National Council on Aging, the Aging Mastery Program (AMP) offers a comprehensive and fun approach to living that celebrates the gift of longevity. The 10-week program uses goal setting, daily practices, professional speakers, peer support, and incentives to help you create your own personal playbook for aging well • Navigating Longer Lives: The Basics of Aging Mastery • Exercise and You • Sleep • Healthy Eating and Hydration • Financial Fitness • Advance Planning • Healthy Relationships • Medication Management • Falls Prevention • Community Engagement Register by March 15, 2024. Free for adults 60+ and $75 for adults under 60.
