Sermon Center 10-Punch Class Pass
A class pass is good to use at the Sermon Center. Sign a class waiver once a year from the date of first purchase.
- 10-Visit Class Pass = $40 Residents, $45 Non-Residents
- If you have a fitness membership, you may purchase the class pass at a discounted rate = $30 Residents, $35 Non-Residents.
- The following classes are included:
- Barre Above, Barre Blast, Turbo Kick Live, AM Zumba, Tone & Tighten, Intermediate Tap, Noon Yoga, Noon TRX Boot Camp, Extreme Boot Camp, Yoga PM, TRX Suspension Training, Zumba PM, Tai Chi Chuan - The Essentials, and Xtreme Hip Hop Step Aerobics.

Improve joint range of movement, strength and balance, and relax. Learn safe moves and breathing exercises to reduce stress and mental anxiety.

A fun workout regimen consisting of step aerobics, cardio and HIIT combined all into one. The class is set to old and new school hip hop music making you want to get up and move! People of all ages and fitness levels may participate. Steps are available if needed.

Work at the beginner level to learn the 18-movement tai chi. Move up to intermediate and work on the Chen tai chi with emphasis on form correction to help learn the form on a deeper level.

Blast your muscles with high rep resistance training. This class incorporates barbells, hand weights and other weighted equipment and body weight exercises. Tone while having fun!

Classes are designed to develop strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, coordination and core stability all simultaneously. The system utilizes straps, buckles and grips allowing the user to work against their own body weight.
