The service allows our customers direct access to their utility account information as well as the following features:
- Automated account information (account balance, due date, amount & date of last payment received, date of next billing)
- Pay bill with a credit or debit card
- Request a duplicate bill
- Hear and change customer's telephone number currently on file
- Transfer to a Customer Service Representative
